Bare is about YOU being natural and beautiful in your Bare skin. We want to give you fresh, authentic, natural, and beautiful work. Whether it’s Brows, Lip Blushing, or Eyeliner~ we want you to feel beautiful. Life is about enjoying the day, not spending hours in front of the mirror. We want to give you the chance to roll out of bed and run to your son’s soccer game, the farmer’s market, or the lake with friends and feel and look beautiful. Whether you’re missing some of your brows from the dreaded over-tweezing of the 90s or you just want your eyeliner and lips to be smudge-proof….we have you covered! Our goal is natural and fresh so that your Saturday morning looks good on you. And then if you want more for your Saturday night out, it’s easy to put make up over your existing permanent makeup. After all, we’ve given you the outline and the stencil! At each visit we go over color, shape, what to expect, and carefully map you to find the best shape and look for your unique face. You are our #1 priority while you are in our chair. We can’t wait to meet you!
CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you have had Permanent Makeup before by another Artist, You MUST text or email a photo. 479-200-6558/ barewithjenny2@gmail.com

Senior Artist Jenny Cooper
I am a licensed Permanent Makeup Artist, retired Registered Dental Hygienist, and Seint Makeup Artist. I am also a MOM of two sweet boys and married to my best friend! I graduated and opened Bare in 2016 and have continued to take courses to bring my clients the BEST work. I love my job and love seeing my clients feel transformed with brows, eyeliner and lip blushing. I don’t just tattoo, I educate & inform you so that you have the best experience.
Manager Anne Peck
I am married with one sweet boy and two spoiled puppers. We tend to be on the go a lot but enjoy a mean game of gator golf when time allows. I have worked in the dental field for 26 years. Half as an assistant half as an office manager. Working at Bare has allowed me to still serve the public and have great relationships with our clients. This has always been my favorite part! My hope is that everyone who walks through our door walks out feeling uplifted and confident!
Junior Artist Kelly Osburn
I am a wife, mother of three awesome children, & two precious fur babies. My passion has always been to make people feel better about themselves, and my career as a dental hygienist has done just that. It has provided me the joy of educating & helping my patients feel better about their smiles since 2005. In 2022 I completed permanent makeup school to become a licensed permanent makeup artist and have never looked back. I am a very passionate person when it comes to doing things I love.
